Acquiring the Heart of Illusion, the warrior revived from the world of death—the Mugen Realm.

Now, the natural scenery before the warrior's eyes truly differed from the ominous Mugen Realm, possessing the beauty of living things. Yet, observing each detail, the warrior noticed subtle structural differences from his own world.

"Strange... this landscape isn't like the land where I was born and raised."

A slight doubt arose in the warrior. However, breathing the clear air, utterly unlike the Mugen Realm, and gazing at the endless blue sky, his spirits naturally lifted.

"Ah, how poisonous the Mugen Realm was compared to this landscape, how demonically toxic its air was..."

The warrior reveled in the joy of being granted life anew throughout his body. Just then, a shadow swiftly crossed him, and a terrifying roar echoed far overhead. With a reaction born of instinct from his long life in the Mugen Realm, the warrior instantly drew his sword and, poised, glared sharply skyward. In that sky, unbelievably, a colossal dragon, easily fifty meters long, flew, spewing flames from its mouth.

This is a role-playing game released in Japan by XTAL SOFT in 1985. After escaping the Mugen Realm in the previous title, the protagonist supposedly returned home but instead found themselves in Elder Einh, a different world. Thus, they must embark on another adventure to return.

Like its predecessor, the game features top-down exploration and encounter-based, command battles. However, symbol-based enemy encounters now let players evade foes and progress.

Players form parties of up to five, choosing from numerous professions (e.g., Hero, Brave, Noble, Sorcerer). Spells boast evocative names (e.g., "Seal, Recede," "Flame, Be My Sword," "Phantom Reinforcements Arise"), well-received by many.

While the previous game allowed escape from the Mugen Realm via the Heart of Illusion, how does one escape Elder Einh (the world of "II")? Acclaimed as a classic Japanese RPG, this is a must-play for fans of traditional JRPGs.
