Players will take control of the "THEXDER," which can transform into a robot and a plane, and throw themselves into the battle to destroy the magnetic field generator on the asteroid Nediam. In the battle against the enemy, players can choose between the robot form, which can use tracking lasers but has poor mobility, and the airplane form, which can only attack in the direction of travel but is highly maneuverable.

There is also a barrier that prevents enemy attacks, but if it is used too often, it will run out of energy! Use it only when you need it.
